• Account Information: When you sign up, we collect your email and basic profile information.
• Notion Data: We access your Notion workspace via OAuth. We only read data from the specific databases you choose to share through our platform. We do not store your Notion data permanently in our database. To ensure fast loading times for your viewers, data is fetched dynamically and temporarily cached using Upstash (a secure Redis cache). This cached data is ephemeral and routinely overwritten or expired.
• Usage Data: We collect anonymized usage data (such as page views and hashed IP addresses) to provide analytics to our users.
• Cookies: We use essential cookies to manage your authentication sessions, store login preferences, and maintain security during the Notion OAuth flow.

We use your data to:

• Provide, maintain, and improve our services.
• Process transactions and send related information.
• Send technical notices, updates, and support messages.

We implement appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect your data. Your Notion OAuth tokens are encrypted before being stored in our database.

We use third-party services like Supabase for authentication and our database, and EmailJS for sending transactional emails. These services have their own privacy policies.

We retain your account information for as long as your account is active. You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. If you wish to permanently delete your account and all associated data, please contact us at the email below.
