ShareBridge is a platform provided and operated by ShareBridge ("we," "us," and/or "our"). Before using our Services, please carefully read these Terms of Service ("Terms" or "Agreement").
By creating an account or using the Services, you ("User" or "you") acknowledge and agree to these legally binding Terms. You must be at least 18 years of age (or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction) to use our Services. You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes, and that you are responsible for all activity in connection with your use of the Services.
ShareBridge provides services for creating public, shareable links to your Notion databases with customized filtering and column visibility. Our Services may change from time to time and we reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Services at any time for any reason without liability.
In order to use certain aspects of the Services, you are required to create an account. You represent and warrant that the information in your account is accurate and complete. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your log-in credentials.

By creating an account and accepting these Terms, you grant ShareBridge the right to use your name, company name, and/or logo for promotional and marketing purposes, including displaying them on our homepage to identify you as a user of our Services. If you prefer that we do not use your company name or logo for these purposes, you may opt out at any time by contacting us at support.sharebridge@gmail.com.
By connecting your Notion account, you authorize us to access the Notion databases you select. You are solely responsible for ensuring your compliance with any applicable laws regarding the data you share through our Services. You must have the necessary rights and permissions to share any Notion databases you connect to our service.
We merely enable the sharing of your Notion data and are not responsible for any loss or damage incurred as a result of making your databases public.
We reserve the right to rate-limit, throttle, or suspend your account if your usage places an unreasonable burden on our infrastructure, generates unusually high traffic, or otherwise abuses our APIs.
The ShareBridge platform, including its original code, design, features, and logos, are the exclusive property of ShareBridge and its licensors. You retain all rights to your Notion data.
This Agreement shall remain in full force and effect while you use the Services. We may suspend or cancel your account without notice if you violate this Agreement. Upon termination of your account, your public Notion share links will be deactivated, and your license to use our Services terminates.
The ShareBridge services are provided "as-is" without warranty of any kind. We disclaim all warranties pertaining to the services, whether express or implied, including the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee that the services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall ShareBridge be liable for any lost profits, data loss, or any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the services. Our total liability for any direct damages shall not exceed the amount of fees paid by you in the twelve (12) months prior to the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ShareBridge from and against any losses, damages, liabilities, claims, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Services or your breach of this Agreement.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of your applicable jurisdiction, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms from time to time. If changes occur, we will post the updated terms on our website. Your continued use of the Services means you accept the changes.
